You can sign your wife and kids up if they hunt, that will give you more than 3 containers..Be sure if you do that she has a license and hopefully a hunter ED card for the kids...Just makes it easier for the records and data collection.

Ya'll can have all this gizzard survey business you want I don't need no game wardens sniffing around my neck of the woods just cause I may kill a gobbler than has been across the river or down the road to where they feed them chicken scratch and corn. Would be just my luck they'd harass me the whole season and I don't really need that, especially since it would be the neighbors fault.

If that's the case then folks should be able to save the gizzard and just send the contents. I'd hate to waste a whole gizzard just for the sake of research, that would be like not even saving the neckbone. Which is the main reason I always set my scope to shoot a little high. Ain't much that aggravates me more than a shot up neck.

Well speaking of that, until I started shooting the Hevi mag blends my pellets barely had enough energy for a clean kill after passing through the feet and legs. These new shells are something else and it ain't nothing to shatter toe and leg bones enroute to the head.

Something about grinding up the pepples and sprinkling it on some smoke. Sounds rediculous to me but they say it's a aphrodesiac and makes the men, well you get the picture.

Yep got my packet in the mail Mon. with a report from last year. Looks like we have a healthy flock. Protine levels were good indicating young birds in thier first 2 months were getting plenty grasshoppers, crickets, grubs, and other insects. Enzymes showed that the clover and other grasses were supplying the proper amount of nutrients to build a natural immune system to fight disease. Looked good.
