I know the area, it can be pretty good hunting, but like anywhere just depends on the neighbors. I know the camp had a lot of land, and I hunted on some bordering property for years, never really saw any huge deer but we killed some in the 115 range. Unless things have changed, they had a lot of land but it was kind of pricey for land in that part of the state.

I am in this club and can tell you anything you want to know about it. You can buy a deer membership or a turkey membership or both if you like. I do know that there will be a couple of openings for deer next year. It is Slightly over 5,000 acres and only had 10 members hunting it this year. PM me if you want to ask anything.

I was a member about 4 years ago. It was a great group of guys running the camp and the land owner was easy to deal with. Camp facilities were great for what you paid. Deer hunting was so so but i think it has more to do with the area. Probably some of the most beautiful woods I have seen in mississippi. Huge white oak bottoms. Kinda talking mysef into trying to join for turkey season.

Seems like the club is pretty nice. I'll have to give him a call. Especially like what you said about the turkey hunting!

Club is two years old with landowner running things. 16 members the firs year. Only 2 returned. This past season 10 members. I know of three that are not returning. Ask plenty questions and read all the rules before you commit.

I was in the deer hunting part of this club this year. I wont be getting back in. The hunting is a little better than average for Simpson county. There are a lot of rules. Read the entire list of rules if you are thinking about joining. The guy running the place is a real nice guy.
