Does anyone have a basic set of club rules from an organized hunting club? I sure would like to check out the different formats and get some ideas. Email them to yourboatcaptain@yahoo.com if you don't mind sharing.

Can't share the whole thing but I can share this. One of the biggest problems is dividing up the land fairly among the members. The best way I have ever seen this done was to take a topo map of the property and divide it into numbered areas. Main roads and creeks are used as dividing lines. The map on the wall has nail in the middle of each area. Each member has a tag with their name on it. Hang your tag on the area you want to hunt and sign the book time in and time out. All unoccupied areas are open to all members, first come first choice. If you arrive at camp and want to hunt the same area while there you can sign and tag it and hunt it until Friday after dark. To prevent one person or group from hogging one area the board is cleared every Saturday morning at 4:30 am and every member present throws their tag into a hat and draws names for choice of hunting area. Most areas have at least one food plot and shooting house near the center. All are about the same size. If you leave that area you MUST RETURN TO CAMP and sign out and back in for the new area. That way you can be sure there is no one else in it. If you are planning to hunt near the border line of an area tell the guy hunting next to you and/or write it in the sign in book. If you want to sleep in or don't make it for the draw then you get a choice of open areas that are left. Same number of areas (or more) as members. This is fair to everyone and works very well.
