This past Sunday we made a hog hunt at our place. It was me, Willy, Jug, & Boggs with the dogs, and the kids stayed at the bikes with my brother and cousins. We struck a few and the dogs killed a 10lb shoalt. We regroup and head to the bottom that we had hoped would be the ticket. Sure enough, not 200 yards in, the dogs lit up, the whole pack was on a bigun. Jug and I were the first to get to em and man we had a brute. The dogs worked their magic, Jug grabbed a hind leg, and I moved in for the stick. Weighed in @ 260lbs The boys. Willy on the left with Gus and Jug on the right with Turner.

That is a good hog, looks like the kids are having a good time. Took my 13 year old grandson last week for his first time and caught two. He said that was the most fun he had ever had hunting.

Thanks ya'll. He was a giant and the dogs did a great job with him. No big injuries other than bloody lips.
rcbain, those tracking devices are clutch. Each collar can be synched with everyone's GPS so everyone knows what the dogs are doing and makes for an efficient/safe hunt for them.
river otter, I can see why your grandson said that...if you're a hunter, it don't get no better!!! These boys had a ball.
Ken, we'll make as many daytime hunts as our schedules allow before it gets hot so be ready to drive over here!!
I'm chomping at the bit to get back out there!!!

Good kill man. Keep up the good work. Hog hunting looks like a lot of fun, but i dont want them over our way, and though i suspect they will make it here eventually, i'm hoping it will be a few years. Keep up the good work. KILL EM ALL!!!!!
