320 acres for lease in perry co in the desoto national forest. 200 acres is thinned 17yo pines. 120 acres is 3 yo pines. The 2 tracts are about 4 miles from each other. $900

The 200 acre tract is about 6 miles from Lake Perry off HWY 98. The 120 acres is about 3 or 4 miles on past. There were some small grass patches on the 200 acres. There are no patches on the 120. Would have to hunt the woods roads that run through the 120 acres. Both pieces of property are accessed from national forest service roads.
