Bluff creek has techno hunt inside but I always wanted to set up an indoor but insurance is ridiculous
Anyone down south to shoot inside??
I got the wife a bow and we been shooting every day but it's bout to hot.. She's 8 months pregnant and I'm just fat lol but it's almost unbearable to shoot in this heat. Is there anywhere within an hour to shoot inside??

Isn't there a place across from pearl river last chance? I have never been but a guy I work with says he has went and shot there.

Jake, yeah Louisiana Outdoors in Pearl River, LA is still open and offers the techno hunt as far as I know. You might want to call and check on their current hours thought cause I pass by there on my way to and from the honey hole around lunch and they were closed. If you find out let me know cause I'd be game to give it a whirl. I've been there a few times for various things but never had my bow with me. I do like Brad though. He seems like a good guy.

Setup a target outside in the yard and stand inside the house and shoot through an open window or door. Sounds corny but it'll work especially if you have plenty target arrows to keep from going in and out the door a lot. Just a suggestion...
I know this is off topic but speaking of leaf river, we went the other day to shoot the 3-d range and the guy said it was in pretty bad shape so we could shoot for free and man he wasn't kidding. I wait till after dark and turn on the flood lights in the back yard to practice.
You could always shoot inside your house. Sounds crazy but shooting point blank still keeps the muscles working and helps concentration. Ask Cameron Hanes. Just don't shoot through the sheetrock and put a Slick Trick in your wife's head...unless...[biggrin]
I did this last night and it felt awesome. Shooting at about 5 yards sitting down. Good way to work on form, the wife however, isn't there yet lol.
