What is the best pesticide and rate to kill army worms in brown top millet.

Are there any measures that can prevent army worms from getting into a dove field planted in millet?

Bifen will get rid of them. Sprayed my bermuda yesterday.

One ounce Bifen to 5 gallons water if active ingredient is 25%

I sprayed Asana XL and Reveal together to kill them in soybeans. I believe I put 8-10oz of each per 15GPA. They never even had a chance!
