Does action 7 pass it out of WF&P Committee for a Senate floor vote or does that send it to the Gubna for signature?

That would mean that a particular bill would have to go to a Senate floor vote

I tried to look up some bills yesteday and saw where they passed house and were sent to committee, but couldn't find out how long it would be before they died in committe and I guess you can't look them up as a senate bill until they come out of committe. Do they keep the same number when they go to the senate?

They keep the same bill numbers. All bills have a March 2nd deadline to be reported out of committee or they die. You can look at the status of any bill at any time.
