I'm beginning to discuss a very small bowhunting arrangement that would involve 440 acres in Kemper company with a club house. The rules are pretty strict and the clubhouse would be strictly a place to hang your hat and sleep...translation no drinking, card playing, and rowdiness in general. Looks like it would be for three members and would have an 'all in' cost of about $2200/year though that could change a little as I discover more.

It's entirely possible the entire discussion could fall apart but just PM me if the general concept with the above description stirs an interest. I may only need to find one member or two at the most. Just remember no guns.

Looks like this deal isn't going to make it. There was another 900 acre next to it and it appears that a company will acquire all if it for their use. I was really surprised that no one inquired about a membership. Of course, the cost, the restrictions, and other unknowns likely made it more unappealing than it could have been.
