Slow morning. Knowing the wind was going to be bad I got out there early and paddled into the wind while it was possible. Water was really clean where I was and there seemed to be a fair amount of bait so I started throwing a chart. Gulp mullet on a DCT and hooked up with just a few casts. 28 inch red. Picked up a fat but short trout 20 minutes later-fished a couple more hours and that was it. Wind picked up so I just let it push me back to the ramp. I don't fool with my phone/camera too much while in the kayak so I only took a couple pics.
