Correct. There is no distance rule during that time. Of course it's not final yet.

Just read over the link.. I hope this becomes law.. The old caliber restrictions at night was sad..

It is listed on the front page of the MDWFP site, link above. It shows proposed and final regulations. You can click on each to read the details. When they move it from the proposed listing to final you will know that it is done. I'm guessing they have to leave it proposed as for a period of time to serve as public notice before making it final.

The "proposed" changes to hog hunting regulations have now moved to the 2014 FINAL RULES category on the MDWFP web site.
