great video! that guy wastes nothing. i have deboned hind quarters before but that is just so that they will fit in my cooler. i may process all of my own deer this coming year. thanks

Great video!!! I wish there was one showing how to skin and clean a deer, cause it took me quite a while, since it was my first in a LLLLOOONNNGGG time![blush] [blush]

I never did see the original video. Does the footage look similar to this youtube video? I found where you can purchase the dvd but i will look for a full youtube link

I just watched this guys 4 part series on butchering a deer. It's pretty detailed and informative. You have to be patient on the quality of the video though.

He even follows up the above series with another about how to cut the removed meat into steaks.
