Land in the Delta (Washington County) coming up for lease for 2018-2019. 122 acres +/-. Don't really want to answer a million questions about it so please only respond if serious and can follow info found below. It will be priced as expected in delta , which is higher than most places. Not going to be any crazy prices like some mentioned on here, but still fair price for delta land. If you have good references, have a low number of people that will be hunting and can follow the rules, it would be a great spot. I also own and we duck hunt the adjacent ground, so we want good neighbors. No bucks killed off the property in the last two years, large deer on camera. I can send complete package with photos, maps, etc. Not wanting to put maps on here. If interested please send me a message explaining your hunting plans, references and an email address. I will wait a few days before I respond, just to give everyone a chance to see the post, etc. I will get back to you with pics and other info at that time. I live in Biloxi and would be interested in this property. I hunt with my son and grandson only and believe in only killing mature bucks. We havent shot a deer in the last 5 years that we did not mount. Please send me all the info on the lease. I look forward to discussing this when you when the time is appropriate. I tried to message you. Wouldn’t go through for some reason. Good morning, my name is Cade Clemons. I’m from Minden, Louisiana. I’ve always hunted in the delta since I was a kid. It’s almost part of me. I’ve been near that big river more than my house if I tallied it up probably! I saw your post on here about a potential lease and I was interested to know if you have a place you’d still be willing to lease or know of one I could take a look at? I’m huge on management, big conservationist. I can go a whole year not shooting a thing if I know I’m bettering my opportunity to kill a giant the next season. I do a lot of duck hunting too if that’s an option. Not a sky blaster either😂.
