They are draw hunts for groups of 4 hunters for a 5 day hunt on either one of the two Backwoods Units ( both approximately 4k acres) One applicant can put a total of 4 hunters on one application then prioritize the dates you want. Your allowed 1 legal buck (16w x 20" mb) and 1 antlerless deer per hunt.

I am hoping to get Natchez State Park this year and maybe a Phil Bryant. I've never got a gun or PM draw, always archery.

Natchez State Park very hard to hunt, extremely steep bluffs and very little access. I got drawn for archery last year, I didn't even put in for it this year
