Hey guys, for the past couple of months my wife has been encouraging me to start a blog. In short, I've done so and I've attached the link below. My intent for this blog is to have how to's, theoretical discussion on targeting trophy trout and life lesson from doing something we love.

http://trophytrout.blogspot.com/

Beyond that, I'm open to any feedback and hope you enjoy!

Also, no post on the bull should go without pictures [biggrin]

God Bless and Tight Lines!

Chris

Look forward to reading it. You definitely have some great experience and trophies to show for it, and you can never learn too much.
That's cool dude. Tried to comment but it wouldn't let me.

Thats a nice blog ,I really enjoyed it.Having meet your Pops on several occasions,I can say that he is the real thing. My dad was a fisherman teacher. He took the time to teach not only mke and my brothers how to fish, but also every nieghbor hood kid thats father did not fish. One of his students was a dark eyed Olive skinned boy who lived just down the street from us in Laurel Ms.This kid loved fishing and his dad had no interest in fishing at all.My dad took him under his wing and taught him the basic"s,he also bought him his first fishing rod.How to tie a knot, how to rig a plastic worm, how to read the water, long before we had depth finders. He stressed the importance of structure fishing long before any one else even was using that approach.

That young man went on to Tounrament Bass Fishing and won the Bass Masters Classic.I can still remember the gleem in Paul Elias eyes as we fished togather when I was in in my late teens and he was in JR High.

You never know what that seed that you nuture will produce.Paul was only one of many my Dad taught, and to this very day, he is gone but not forgotten. My Dads name was Charlie Reddoch ,who was once a pitcher for the Cleveland Indians.A real Mans- Man.

I tried to put this on your blog but my computer isn,t set up for it.You are welcome to put on there my friend if you wish. Thanks Mississippi Man ( Larry )[wink]

Well look who can write! Didn't know that Chris. Did the AF teach you that? It was the OPR writing wasn't it? In all seriousness, your lady was correct all along, you should be writing a blog. Keep it up, and teach us the way brother. Reading about fishing, for me, only takes a back seat to actually fishing, and buying lures. I'll be checking in on that blog for lessons to apply in the future..hopefully sooner than later!
Nice. I told you it wasn't too hard to get set up. You can add a bunch of different stuff for aesthetics to the blog as well such as picture as the header, links to instagram pictures on the side etc...
