Just bought a used two-row JD planter. Needs a little work, but I think I can get it going? If anyone is interested in what I paid I will gladly tell you.......AN ARM & A LEG, man those two-row planters are scarce as hen?s teeth.

Hopefully I will post a few pictures of the planting and planter.

I use a JD 7100 two row that we built from a big one. Works great and we can even plant no-till in the previous year's rows if the weeds are not too thick. Plates are available for just about ant seed you can think of. Good luck with it.

I wound up with a few of the Covington planters. We are going to make a few two rows and maybe some singles. The guy tells me to bring two trailers to pick them up so there must be a good number of them.

Yes I think we will. I only need one and I want a two row. The rest will be sold if they are serviceable.
