Great potential on this place. I've owned it for two years and love it. Change in career means I don't have time to take care of it. Food plots with established clover with a great road system. Duck hole with flood control structures and blind in place. Good deer hunting with enough hogs to make it fun! Easy access from Hwy 49 and only 45 minutes from Jackson.

Time is right. Get it now for a fun filled deer and duck season.

Duck hole is looking good with a mix of Japanese millet and brown top millet.

Aw man! Say it ain't so! I enjoyed watching this place take shape. Somebody's going to get a jewel here. Best of luck in your new endeavors.
I won't be giving it away. Will only sell it if the price is right. So probably will be keeping it. My wife is the realtor so we have had it on the market for a while but she just moved her license and is working with Poloski now, so we are testing the waters again.
Pretty place--lays well. See so many that size (or larger) that have 20+ corners and half of those are acute angles.
There is 40 acres next to it that are for sale too and Amanda can help you with if you are looking for a little more land. The 40 has 22 acres of fresh cutover and 18 acres of tillable that is rented by a farmer now for $1800 a year with soybeans on it.
whats the price
Click the link for price and pics. Listed at $332,000.

They were asking $78,000 for the other 40 since the timber is gone. My place has 17 year old timber on it.
We used to have the big block of woods north of you and rented your block - before the highway came through. Lots of good memories from out there - and one of them is still on my wall from 1989.

Cool, post a pic if you don't mind.
I've heard of others that have shot deer in the same area with the same double white patches on the neck as this one - which I think is cool.

Check out some trail cameras and the duck hole pics in the OP.
TTT, check out the new bucks. Everytime I check cams, I get a new buck or two. Hope this continues, and no one buys it until Spring.
