So, I have a nice creek/ditch in my yard and have noticed some nice sized bull minnow always hanging around. I figured today I would make a minnow trap and see how I did. With one shot I got 5 nice ones around 3-4" and a few little ones. I figure I might as well try them under a popping cork, mostly because they have fast movement and are usually in schools, so my thought is they would be singled out fast by trout and redfish. I have a pretty much endless supply of them so hopefully they do pretty well, ill be heading out tomorrow morning to see what I can make of them.
If anyone has any experience using them and has any tips, it would be greatly appreciated!

The bigger the better! You shouldn't have any problem find a few fish with those. When I use ten I either free line them or under a cork. I know the flounder guys do it on a jig head.
