You are right! My bad. It floored me when I saw the prices! Thanks for correcting me.

Yeah I messed up last weekend and put my hands on a Tikka for the first time. I now have the ITCH ha! I'm trying to decide between a 25-06 and a 7mm-08 in a stainless myself. Best of luck in your search!
same to u. both those calibers u listed r awesome as well
I bought a T3 Hunter in 260. Kinda disappointed. Soulless compared to my other pieces, with the cheap checkering and plastic bottom "metal." Downright sinful not to have a true short action. But the price was right, and the plan is to put some purty groups on paper and let her go.

I know what 30+ year-old collectible guns I lust over. I doubt folks will be lusting for plastic guns 30+ years from now. The Swede may be an exception ;)
I have a couple Sako and custom rifles but I have a Tika T3 Lite stainless in a 300wsm. Out of all my rifles this is my go to gun 90% of the time.. Absolutely love it. It will drive nails out of the box with factory loads..180 gr accubond

I have the same rifle and I can't ever see myself letting it go..
Tikka T3 Lite SS 6.5X55

I was looking at a Jerry's Sports catalog the other day at my gunsmith's shop. Jerry's is a wholesale distributor with 4-5 outlets in the Eastern U. S. They may have them as they seemed to have every other Tikka. If you have a friend with an FFL who will order you one for a small fee plus shipping, that might be an option.
