He is low on testosterone so he probably wouldn't be successful at breeding anyway unless she is feeding it viagra.[laugh]Ok guys, based on MS deer regulations is there any way to legally kill this deer and get it out of the gene pool?
No, unless the antlers measure the minimum criteria. Why would you want to take him out though. If he was born with testicle problems, then he cant breed anyway. If its a doe with horns, she looks healthy and may could breed. I dont think the deer could hurt anything at all. The deer dont appear to be real old, may develop better antlers later. Other than eating a little food, i dont think that deer would bother anything. I wish i had a cool deer like that on my place!Ok guys, based on MS deer regulations is there any way to legally kill this deer and get it out of the gene pool?
For sure!!!!You sure do have good taste in cameras.
I feel the same way!No, unless the antlers measure the minimum criteria. Why would you want to take him out though. If he was born with testicle problems, then he cant breed anyway. Had one pic when she/he was doing her/his business and there wasn't anything where it should have been. I've never seen a doe with horns! It looks like a doe to me. hard to tell. She if you can get it to open its legs up a little more.
Thank you!!! That is MY camera! My husband has the cheap one!You sure do have good taste in cameras.
Thanks! I've never seen a deer like this, and I've seen plenty! I would love to see her/him during the day. From my understanding and talking to people around this area, this deer has been around for about 7 years.I killed the deer on my profile picture on December 31 in full velvet, and we had him on camera for four years and he never once shed his horns in those four years and he didn't have any testicles. Like shaneb said that may be what's going on with your deer.
Bahahahaha! That is too funny! He is low on testosterone so he probably wouldn't be successful at breeding anyway unless she is feeding it viagra.[laugh]
