I just copied and pasted, but the one I did was a lot smaller than it should have been.
you can sign up for free web hosting service like photobucket or village photos, or to make it even easier so there is no registration tinypic.com works well.
go there, browse to the location of your pic, hit the big green button that say "upload now". It uploads your pic then gives you a couple boxes. Copy everything from the box that says "IMG HTML for Websites" and then go into your post, get to the point where you want to put your picture, click the tab at the lower left of the message corner that says "HTML" , paste the code that you copied from tinypic. Then post
