Railroad bridge

So the RR bridge would be more productive versus the hwy 90 bridge? I tried to go out Saturday evening but it was kicking up good for having two little girls in the boat. But this type of fun catching is what I want to do with the kids.

I personally believe if your targeting black drum and sheephead the RR bridge gets the nod as the best choice but lots of drum and sheepies have came off the hwy 90 bridge too. Welcome to the Bull to you too CP3.

Thanks SJ. Been in the bay for a long time but just trying to get back into fishing and enjoy it with my kids. So that sounds like a great place to start. Will venture out to some of the other areas later on. Just want to get them to know what it feels like to have a fish on the other side of the line.

you talking BSL, Biloxi or Goula bridges?

Seems like the BSL bridges get the most publicity for this type of fishing but I know the ones in Biloxi give up some too, maybe just not fished as much...

The railroad bridge in Biloxi is loaded with sheepshead. I didn't fish for drum there, but as I would circle the pilings I saw large fish on the fish finder all around the pilings near the bottom. I'm sure they were blacks or reds.
