Small Lot Close To Enid or Grenada Lake

I need a small lot to keep my boat and truck around Enid Lake, or Grenada Lake. Will build a boat shed to keep boat and truck out of weather. I live in Ar., but fish those two lakes often, and the cost of pulling the boat back and forth gets expensive.

Don't have an empty lot, but have a lot with 1200 square foot cabin and room to store boat and truck underneath. Located between the two lakes.
