Triple Tale for dinner

Enjoying the fruits of our granddaughters labor. She doesn't eat fish so we had to wait until she went home (miss her already!).

Triple tail paneed, finished in the oven, with a little Roasted pepper and Dill, lemon butter sauce. Some twice baked potatoes for a side.

Thanks again Captain Ronnie! We have 3 more fillets vacuum sealed that we will have to ration out.

Diane says she likes flounder a little better, but this is a close 2nd. I suspect if I fry a piece with my special coating, she wouldn't notice the difference. Although flounder does have that slight buttery undertone.
