what grain arrows

what grain arrows are ya'll shooting? I am wondering if mine are a little too light. I am getting some fishtailing out of mine.

IBO spec suggest 5 grains per pound of draw weight. I try to stay around IBO spec for 3D, but will shoot a little heavier arrow when hunting. I will shoot a 400+- grain total weight arrow hunting this year pulling 72 lbs.
