[confused][confused] make it bigger?? Lol. [cool]
This is just a question but do you think it would be better on a stump? It seems that the mud (urine and fecal) would cause a problem.?
I have found that its not as much what's in it as where it is deer tend to eat what they need not for tast. I've put the same things out in different places proven to have deer and piles wash away in spots and others they'll eat an old stump to get the last drop maybe theyr just not needing it in That area move it and see what happens

Now this is what I love about this forum, people are always willing to help a fellow out...

BUT.. I was actually being sarcastic. Look at the picture, obviously this one is working and doesn't need any help. It's probably 12' in diameter with 8 trails leading to it that look like cattle trails. I don't think I need to change anything on this one, was only kidding!

This lick was started a few years ago with a 50lb trace mineral block. I have added loose trace minerals to it year before last and some this year. That's it, nothing else. Has been my most productive spot to get pics of bucks since I first made the spot.
Put you some diesel down , may bring in some hogs for ya . :)

Looks great !
Where da buck pics at?
Just put cameras out Saturday, but here is one from a couple years ago.

Show off :)
More mineral, looks like they ate all of it already
You should guard that one from up high with a bow. The deer are obviously doing damage to the land!
Y'all seeing any hogs in that area now. They have increased exponentially on us since last year. Getting pics of sows with piglets now. Had a sow with five the other day.

Yep, have been for a couple years. We killed two last year I think. I had pics of a sow with piglets last year. Just put cams out Saturday, but I expect I will have some when I check them.
