Battled some strong winds in search of somewhere to hide. Finally found a spot that looked good. Pitched a Super Spook and quickly had an 18". A few minutes later had another taking down the black and chartreuse chunk of plastic I was throwing at them, this time it was a little bigger, 20". By this time it's dark and I have to battle about 500 yards of unprotected water with the winding cranking every bit of 23 mph out of the west, the direction I had to travel. Would I go out again in 20+ mph wind with only 15 minutes of daylight left...... YES!
