Worthless/marketing gimmics sold to hunters
The Ozonics thread got me thinking about other worthless/marketing gimmicks sold to hunters.
One of the biggest worthless/marketing gimmics, IMO, is "scent blocking" hunting apparel.
What other products are out there that may fall under worthless/marketing gimmics?

The funniest I've ever seen, and they couldn't keep them stocked ever in Walmart, ....... The electric corn feeder sound device.
ANYTHING that CLAIMS it would make hunting easier, WILL ALWAYS SELL
I can only imagine how many have forgotten the basics of hunting. Where would anyone be if you removed all the gimmicks.

Those Feeder Repeaters can actually work for hog hunting. Hogs quickly learn to recognize the sound of a feeder going off.
Go to the Primos website and you will find several.
I have had mine for about 6 years now and it one time saved me from breaking my back and possibly killing my wife. I went the side of hill on my can am and needless to say it the came down on top of us flipping back down the hill. the 35 quart yeti did not budge which helped the fourwheeler stay off of us and not crushing us. would have been a good commercial for yeti. my wife doesnt like hills so much now. we where bruised up but it could have been way worse on both of us. it was a week before our weeding, she still married me after that ..Yeti coolers. Flame on!!
