Caught my first tripletail today. About 23". Now how should I cook him?

Nice one.
my favorite way is pan seared (or bronzed as some call it...) and then almondine (once the fish is removed from the pan, add butter, brown the butter while adding thin sliced almonds. spoon the browned butter almonds over the filet.

plenty of recipes to google for trout almondine to maybe get a better idea of my poor description!
and kick it up further by adding lump crabmeat to the topping!
